Snap a whiteboard, plant label, sensor display, or dashboard screenshot. Server-side Vertex AI (gemini-2.5-flash, no browser key) reads the image and fills the active module's form. Per-card "Capture for THIS room/strain" extracts a single row narrowly; "Bulk import whiteboard" returns a multi-row review grid you can edit before commit. Domain-aware: FB/SM/VEG/FIN abbreviations, red-ink anomaly flags, comparators (<8, 1000+), strength ratios, asterisk footnotes, blanks as null. Quota is charged only on success; failed calls refund the tick. Pro and up.
Every irrigation log runs through the canonical crop-steering framework. PRIMARY DRIVER: dryback depth — bands at <10% shallow / 10-20% balanced / 20-35% deep generative / >35% water-stress, computed as Aroya-standard (peak − current) / peak × 100. SECONDARY DRIVER: runoff EC delta — bands from over-feed leaching (>+0.5) through balanced uptake to deficit (<-0.5). Five cross-correlation rules combine both (deep dryback + high runoff EC → over-feed at the generative end; back off EC, hold dryback target). Every recommendation references the rule that fired AND projects the expected dryback / runoff % / steer band after the change so the operator can validate on the next log. K3B0 is the agronomic deep dive (8192-token budget with truncation-retry and structured output); R3DE is the green/yellow/red shift brief.
Every mutation across every module — Garden order created, RacK inventory adjusted, KpU work order advanced, Harvest readiness assessed, Calendar event cancelled, SafE lot released — writes a timestamped event to a single per-facility audit_log collection. Read-only spreadsheet viewer surfaces the entire history filterable by module, action, entity, or user email. Compliance gets a chain-of-custody record without the operator lifting a finger. The "📜 View Audit Log" button on every module opens the same view. Fire-and-forget design: an audit-write failure NEVER blocks the underlying CRUD.

AI calls are the premium fuel — Trial earns cumulative capacity through 7/14/21-day logging streaks (up to 4 total).
