Launch 2.0· Full Functionality Tour
KiP Ai CMS is a regulated-cultivation platform built on one opinionated idea: the daily log is the product. Log faithfully, earn visibility, unlock prediction. This page is the complete functional surface — 13 modules planned (10 live today · 3 coming soon), the Log vs Analyze split, Compliance vs Home mode, Activity Score economics, and every tier, end to end.
Sensor data degrades. Dashboards go stale. Consultants vanish with their spreadsheets. The one asset that compounds across a grow is the human observation captured at the moment of action: what was fed, what was seen, what was done, by whom. KiP Ai CMS exists to make that log so frictionless to capture and so valuable to own that operators log on their worst days, not just their best.
Our bet is simple. Log every day. Earn visibility. Unlock prediction. The operators who do this will outperform the ones who don't — and the platform that hosts their logs becomes the network effect of the industry.
Standardized capture fields. Required email subject formats. Dual-signoff where it matters. A compliant log is worth more than a pretty dashboard.
Visibility and AI are not a flat fee — they are a reward. The more you log, the more you see of the network. Activity Score is the economic engine.
AI is metered by tier. Every call has a cost. Most logging is free. This keeps margins clean and forces the AI to be used where it actually moves the needle.
Every form in KiP Ai CMS has two submit actions. The first is free forever. The second is the margin driver.
Saves the entry into the cultivation record. Earns Activity Score points. Feeds the network data set. Counts toward your audit trail. Does not touch the AI budget — ever. This is the button a compliant operator clicks every day without thinking.
Logs the entry and runs AI analysis against the submitted data. Produces K3B0 (scientific deep-dive) or R3DE (operational brief) output, benchmarks the reading, flags anomalies, and suggests next steps. Decrements one call from the monthly tier quota. Disables automatically when the quota is depleted.
The split is enforced in VisioN (irrigation + environment logging) and RacK (inventory photo scanning) today. Every new AI surface inherits the same pattern by default.
Different facilities have different audit bars. A licensed producer needs every field filled. A craft grower or caregiver wants to log quickly without losing the ability to analyze. One toggle resolves both.
Every field on every form is required before Log or Analyze will fire. Missing fields flash red; toast messages guide the operator. Use this for LP / audit-grade facilities where every data point is contractually required.
Only the minimum-viable identifying fields are required (Room, Strain, Lot, Date + key anchor readings). Missing fields are allowed. AI analysis still runs — and explicitly notes each gap, lowers confidence, and recommends the specific tool or metric that would close the gap.
Scope is per-facility default + per-form override. The facility admin sets one default mode; any individual form (VisioN, RacK, etc.) can override. The live "Effective now" readout shows the resolved state across every form.
Logging is the cost of admission. The reward is visibility into the network. The more consistently a facility logs, the more of other facilities' (anonymized) data they can see. This is the X.com / Facebook engagement loop, ported to cultivation.
0 points
Cold start. Log-only visibility. You see your own data.
50 points
Your room-level trends. Basic benchmarks against yourself.
200 points
Anonymized network data. Compare against similar strains & substrates.
500+ points
Full prediction surface. Predictive burn-rate, yield forecasts, cross-facility insights.
Points come from actions that matter: every Log entry (with bonuses for streaks), every photo attached, every stage-gate transition, every dual-signoff completed. Points decay on inactivity — 7-day dormancy drops the tier one step. The system rewards cadence, not volume dumps.
Each module is a focused logging surface. They share the same auth, the same per-facility audit log, the same Log/Analyze pattern, and the same KipSpreadsheet read-only viewer. Module pricing is à la carte or bundled by tier.
Daily irrigation + environment log with the canonical crop-steering AI on every entry. Aroya-standard dryback is the primary driver; per-plant runoff EC delta the secondary; five cross-correlation rules combine both. Per-field unit selectors with click-to-convert chips for scale mismatches. 500-char Adjustment Description notes. AI image capture + bulk import (Pro+).
End-to-end harvest pipeline with structured readiness assessments (phenology markers (e.g. cloudy/amber stigma %, pistil colour, leaf curl)) writing to the dedicated harvest_assessments collection. Lot routing, wet/dry weights, cure tracking, destination handoff, and the canonical Order Complete_LOT_Destination_Date_Initiator email format. Every mutation audited.
Propagation + clone-room workflow plus the Client Order pipeline (Pending → In Progress → Ready → Fulfilled). Lot Assignment forwards downstream to SafE for release. Active Batches dashboard surfaces open client orders above the plant registry. Mother-plant tracking, cut dates, rooting status, strain lineage.
Inventory, orders, and packing list ingestion. AI photo-scan reads packing lists into structured items (1 AI call) or Manual Entry creates an editable table (0 calls). Every quantity adjustment — adds, usage, disposal, receipt — writes to the backend transaction ledger and the audit log. Transfers across facilities.
Key Process Units — facility equipment registry, calibration records, maintenance schedules, plus a full work-order pipeline (create, advance, complete, delete) that mirrors to the backend with audit entries on every status change. The backbone of an audit-ready SOP program.
Energy + power units tracking. Load logs, consumption metrics, tie-in to KpU equipment. Foundation for sustainability reporting.
Production inventory + release — now backend-persistent (lots survive browser cache, sync across devices). 9-stage pipeline tracking, QA-lead + operations-manager dual sign-off, destination tracking, order-complete email broadcasts. Every lot creation, stage advance, and event flows through the universal audit log.
Cross-team event scheduling with week, month, and roster views. Cluster overlap layout so concurrent events don't blend. Cancel an event and a templated team-notification email goes out automatically — every cancellation lands in the audit log with the original time, room, and reason.
Executive dashboard. Cross-module KPIs, cost-per-gram, cycle-time benchmarks, anomaly alerts. Unlocks the facility-wide cross-module lot/strain report — every module's records for one lot stitched into a single document (CSV/PDF/JSON) for managers, execs, suppliers, vendors.
Weekly crop intelligence (Pro+). Auto-updated crop-steering and strain insight synthesized from leading references and strain catalogues — every facility strain gets lineage + genetics, with full agronomic profiles where available. Surfaces inside VisioN, GarDen, HarVesT and SafE, and feeds the ExecutivE i i debrief.
Genetics + cultivar performance. Links strain lineage to VisioN outcomes, yield, compound profile. The scientific spine of the catalog.
Integrated pest management — scouting logs, action thresholds, treatment records, and IPM-program compliance.
Sanitation management — cleaning SOPs, sanitation schedules, and facility-wide compliance tracking.
AI calls are scarce by design. Every AI surface is tier-gated and decrements your per-room-per-day quota (Trial earns cumulative capacity through streaks instead). Every surface has a free logging path next to it. Below is the complete current + planned AI footprint.

Every AI surface respects the tier quota declared in biLLing. Every AI surface has a free alternative that produces usable output — the AI is an accelerant, not a gatekeeper.
Tiers gate three things: AI call throughput (per room per day), room count, and collaborator count. The logging surface itself is unlimited on every tier — we will never charge per log.
| Tier | Price / mo | AI Calls (per room/day) | Rooms | Collaborators | Visibility |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 | 0 + streak rewards | 1 | 0 | Seed |
| Plus | $49 | 1 | 3 | 1 | Seed → Sprout |
| Pro | $249 | 1 | 5 | 3 | Through Canopy |

| LP Pro (Coming Soon) | Contact | 2 | 12 | 12 | Full · LP-grade |
| Enterprise (Coming Soon) | Contact | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ | Full + API + SLA |
À la carte modules are $29–$39 / month each — the 8 live add-ons total $242/mo standalone, the 7 Pro-bundle modules total $213/mo. Pro at $249/mo bundles VisioN + 7 operational modules (Harvest, Garden, RacK, KpU, EpU, SafE, CalENdaR) plus tier infrastructure not priceable à-la-carte (5 rooms, 3 collaborators, daily AI-per-room quota, floor plans, image capture, bulk import, video AI). ExecutivE i i (BI / cross-module insights) is reserved for Pro+ and above. Pro+ / LP Pro / Enterprise are Coming Soon with pricing announced at launch (they add the 3 coming-soon modules: GenetiC Q1 2027, IpM Q4 2026, PurE Ai Q1 2027). Annual billing with a 2-month discount on all paid tiers. AI-call add-on packs (above the per-room-per-day ceiling) and "buy a room" upgrades are on the post-launch roadmap.
A consultant can see three clients. An LP can roll up five sites. A co-op of craft growers can pool anonymized data without exposing proprietary strains. Every facility relationship is explicit, reversible, and logged.
Owner / Admin / Operator / Viewer. Each role has module-level and field-level scope. Invitations require email handshake + admin approval.
Facility admins can opt into specific network data pools (strain benchmarks, substrate performance). Anonymization happens before aggregation.
Revoking access closes the door but preserves the audit history — regulators still see who saw what when. No data vanishes silently.
The fastest path to LP compliance is to build the audit trail into the UI, not bolt it on. KiP Ai CMS does this from the first screen.
Every stage-gate transition produces an email with a fixed subject: Order Complete_LOT_Destination_Date_Initiator. Auditors pattern-match. Lawyers are happy.
Person-in-Charge and Head-of-Security co-sign every critical transition. Each signoff is timestamped, user-attributed, and immutable once committed.
Facility admins can lock the platform into Compliance mode — no form submits without every field. Prevents operator shortcuts from leaving audit gaps.
Every log write is stamped with user, facility, timestamp, tier, and IP. Exportable as CSV or PDF for regulator requests. Never deletable.
The architecture is deliberately boring so the product thesis can be loud.
Static HTML/CSS/JS. Zero-build. Hosted on Firebase Hosting. Vanilla — no framework lock-in.
Firebase Cloud Functions for the /api/* surface. Node runtime. Stateless handlers.
Firestore as the primary datastore (per-facility collections for orders, audit_log, calendar_events, harvest_assessments, safe_lots, etc.). CSV/PDF/JSON exports for any module on demand.
Google Vertex AI / Gemini 2.5 (server-side, no browser key). Rate-limited by tier quota at the edge; users may also plug their own Gemini / OpenAI / Claude / Grok keys via Settings to bypass quota.
SSO (Google / Microsoft) + email. Password flow via sessionStorage handoff — never URL-serialized.
Cloud Functions trigger standardized emails on stage-gate transitions. SendGrid-compatible.
Slack + MS Teams webhooks configurable per module. Granular trigger filters.
Firebase Storage for photos and attachments. Tier-scoped quota.
Launch 2.0 finalizes the logging flywheel: Log/Analyze split, Compliance/Home modes, 10 live modules, 6 tiers, Activity Score economics. The next horizons extend the network effect outward.
This iteration. Log vs Analyze. Compliance vs Home. 9 modules live. Phase 23 adds the canonical crop-steering AI (Aroya dryback primary, per-plant runoff EC secondary, five cross-correlation rules), the universal per-facility audit log across every module with a shared read-only spreadsheet viewer, backend persistence migration for SafE lots / KpU work orders / RacK transactions / Harvest assessments, GarDen client-order pipeline with lot assignment, CalENdaR week view with cluster overlap + cancel-with-team-notification, per-field unit selectors with click-to-convert chips, 500-char Adjustment Description notes, AI image capture & autofill (Pro+), whiteboard bulk import, facility config (required fields + aliases + hidden modules), per-module reports on every tier, and the cross-module facility-wide lot report on Pro+.
Network data pools open at Canopy tier. Mobile apps (iOS / Android) enter beta.
API general availability. White-label option for LP Pro+. First cohort of third-party module developers. Plugin marketplace.
Trial is free forever on 1 facility — VisioN always-on, AI capacity earned through logging streaks. Plus unlocks 2 module slots, 3 rooms, 1 collaborator, and 1 AI call per room per day at $49/mo. Pro — the recommended tier — gives you VisioN + 7 operational modules (Harvest, Garden, RacK, KpU, EpU, SafE, CalENdaR), 5 rooms, 3 collaborators, and 1 AI call per room per day at $249/mo. ExecutivE i i (BI / cross-module insights) requires Pro+ and above. Pro+ / LP Pro / Enterprise are Coming Soon (Contact for pricing).
